Terms
Free measure and quote service
A representative from Quality Cabinetmakers will sit down with you
to discuss your needs. For this service you will not be charged
for travel or meeting time, but this initial meeting should be kept
to a maximum of one hour. Should more time be required, travel time
and further meetings will be charged at the rate of $45 + GST per
hour.
Should you wish to be referred onto a designer for
further assistance; the cost of this service will be discussed with
you before any work takes place.
Once measurements have been obtained, Quality Cabinetmakers
will provide you with a professionally laid out and detailed quote.
All our quotes are well researched for materials and special requirements.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date outlined
on the quote and subject to stock availability. After 30 days, the
price quoted may be subject to change due to any supplier increases.
Should the job be altered in any way before or during work in progress,
additional costs may be incurred.
Installation & Delivery
All cabinetry is delivered and installed by Quality Cabinetmakers,
unless otherwise arranged. The cost of this is included in our quote.
Any work not included in the quote will be listed clearly as an
additional cost.
Payment Terms
A deposit is required on acceptance of the quote. This is required
to cover the cost of purchasing the materials from supplier(s) so
the job can get under way. The remaining balance is payable on the
day of delivery/installation. A receipt will be issued for all deposits
and an invoice provided on completion of the job.
Kitchens:
50% deposit required upon acceptance of the quote.
25% due when your kitchen is set up in our factory and ready to
be viewed
and accepted for painting.
25% final payment due on day of delivery/installation.
For large or special custom-built projects, special
payment terms can be arranged by negotiation.
General Cabinetry:
50% deposit required upon acceptance of the quote.
50% final payment due on day of delivery/installation.
If the customer delays the installation date, the
final payment may need to be modified to allow for storage costs,
etc.
